well, this sucks is a dedicated platform that offers support to survivors of natural disasters or traumatic events who are coping with PTSD. This unique journal serves as a guiding tool, assisting users in confronting, understanding, and effectively coping with their trauma. Through a series of therapeutic exercises including writing, drawing, coloring, and breathing techniques, individuals can embark on a healing journey toward recovery.
